The first building of King Solomon's Temple was completed in 950 BCE. The site where the first temple was built was the threshing-floor of Araunah on Mount Mirah in Jerusalem. It is reported that there were 70,000 laborers, 80,000 hewers of stone, and 3,300 officers to facilitate the building. The building of the temple and tragedy of Hiram Abif help Masons to understand lessons of morality and life.
