The Friend to Friend Masonic Memorial is located in the Gettysburg National Cemetery. Union Captain, Brother Henry Bingham and Confederate General, Brother Lewis Addison Armistead are depicted in this memorial. After being mortally wounded in battle, General Armistead is being aided by a Brother, who in war is his enemy. Even in the darkest hours of our history, and in the middle of Civil War, Brothers of our fraternity show compassion and aid to other fallen Brothers.
