The beehive has long been a symbol of industry, and has appeared in many of our nation's capitols and businesses. As a beehive is comprised of hundreds, if not thousands of worker bees, so is the Masonic fraternity comprised of good men doing charitable work. Masons recognize the importance of this symbol for one reason: it is only by the work, dedication, fortitude, and overall cooperation of all its Brothers that great things can be accomplished for the benefit of mankind.
